How to Request a Refund for an Accidental Purchase

Learn what to do if you accidentally purchased a video, Program, or live session on Perspire.tv and would like to request a refund.

If you accidentally purchased content on Perspire.tv we are sorry for the inconvenience and want to help. Please review our refund policy below before reaching out to our support team.


Our Refund Policy

Perspire.tv does not offer automatic refunds for accidental purchases. However we review refund requests on a case by case basis. If you reach out to our support team promptly after an accidental purchase we will do our best to assist you.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team as soon as possible after the accidental purchase by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of any page on Perspire.tv

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Your account email address or username

    • The name of the content you accidentally purchased

    • The date and time of the purchase

    • A brief description of what happened

The sooner you reach out the better. Refund requests made shortly after the purchase are much easier to process.


Important Notes

  • If a refund is approved the Coins will be returned to your Wallet balance

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually by our support team

  • If you have already watched or accessed the content a refund is unlikely to be approved

  • Coins returned to your Wallet can be used on any other content on the platform


Accidental Channel Subscriptions

If you accidentally subscribed to a trainer's channel contact our support team right away. You can also cancel your subscription immediately from your Wallet page to prevent future renewals.


Content Removed Due to Terms of Service Violations

If a video you paid for is removed from the platform due to a Terms of Service violation and you lose access during your rental window you will automatically receive a Coin refund. Learn more: Understanding Refunds: Terms of Service Violations and Coin Returns
