Perspire.tv is committed to maintaining a high quality platform for both users and trainers. If a trainer's video is removed due to a Terms of Service violation this article explains how that affects your access and whether you are eligible for a Coin refund.
When Does This Apply?
This policy applies when a video you have unlocked is removed from Perspire.tv by our team due to a violation of our Terms of Service before your access window has ended.
Will I Get a Refund?
It depends on whether you still have access to the video at the time it is removed:
If you still have access:
If the video is removed from the platform but remains accessible to you within your rental window no refund will be issued. You can continue watching the video until your access expires.
If you lose access:
If the video is removed and you lose access before your rental window ends you will automatically receive a full Coin refund. The Coins will be credited back to your Wallet balance and can be used on any other content on the platform. The refunded amount will be deducted from the trainer's Pending Balance.
What About Programs?
If a video within a Program you have purchased is removed due to a Terms of Service violation please contact our support team and we will review your case individually.
