Subscribing to a trainer's channel gives you unlimited access to all of their videos and live training sessions for as long as your subscription remains active. Each trainer sets their own monthly subscription price in Coins.
How to Subscribe
Navigate to the trainer's channel page by clicking on their name or profile photo anywhere on the platform
On their channel page scroll down to the Monthly Subscription section below the Follow button
Review the monthly Coin price and click Subscribe
Confirm your subscription. The Coins will be deducted from your Wallet each month automatically
What Is Included in a Subscription
Once subscribed you will have unlimited access to:
All of the trainer's uploaded on-demand videos
All of the trainer's live training sessions
Note: Programs on a trainer's channel are separate purchases and are not included in a channel subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
All of your trainer channel subscriptions are managed directly from your Wallet page:
Click Wallet in the top navigation bar
Scroll down to the Subscriptions section
Here you will see all of your active and past trainer channel subscriptions. Each subscription card shows the trainer name, Coin price per 30 days, days remaining, renewal date, and current status (Active or Overdue).
Canceling a Subscription
To cancel an active subscription:
Go to your Wallet page and scroll down to the Subscriptions section
Find the trainer subscription you want to cancel
Click the Cancel button on their subscription card
Your access will remain active until the end of your current 30 day billing period.
Restarting an Overdue Subscription
If a subscription has expired or lapsed due to insufficient Coins it will show an Overdue status. To restart it:
Go to your Wallet page and scroll down to the Subscriptions section
Find the overdue subscription and click the Restart button
Make sure your Wallet has enough Coins to cover the subscription before restarting.
Subscription Pricing
Each trainer sets their own monthly subscription price in Coins. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days. If your Wallet does not have enough Coins to cover the renewal your subscription will lapse and show as Overdue.

Following vs Subscribing
Following a trainer is free and keeps you connected to their channel. Subscribing gives you full unlimited access to all of their content for a monthly Coin fee.
