To this end, we've implemented a policy concerning refunds for users in the event a trainer's video is removed due to violations of our Terms of Service. When you spend credits to rent a video on Perspire.tv, you're granted a 72-hour rental period. You're free to access and view that video as many times as you wish during this period. However, if a trainer's video violates our Terms of Service, it may be removed by our administration team.

If a video you've rented is removed during your 72-hour rental period, our policy differs depending on whether or not you still have access to the video:

If You Still Have Access: If the video is removed from the general Perspire.tv platform but remains accessible to you within your 72-hour rental period, no refund will be issued. You can continue to view the video until your rental period ends.

If You Lose Access: If the video is removed and you lose access during your 72-hour rental period, a refund will be issued. The amount of credits you spent on the video will be deducted from the trainer's Pending Balance and credited back to your account's Credit Balance. You're then free to use these refunded credits on other content within the platform.
