Reserving a balance is how you request a payout on Perspire.tv. Once you reserve Coins from your Available Balance they will be automatically converted to USD and transferred to your connected Stripe account on the next payout date. Here is how to do it.
Before You Start
Make sure you have a Stripe account connected to your Perspire channel before attempting to reserve a balance. Without a connected Stripe account you cannot receive payouts.

How to Reserve a Balance for Payout
Click Wallet in the top navigation bar
In the Payouts section click the Manage button
You will be taken to the Payouts page
On the left side under Request Payout you will see your balance breakdown:
Reserved — Coins currently set aside for your next payout
Available — Coins available to reserve
Total Balance — your combined Coin balance and USD equivalent
In the Enter the amount of Coins field type the number of Coins you want to reserve
Your Profit will update in real time showing the Coin amount and USD equivalent
Click Reserve Balance to confirm
Your Reserved Balance will be paid out automatically on the next payout date.
Payout Limits
Minimum: 200 Coins ($20)
Maximum: up to your full Available Balance
If your Available Balance is below 200 Coins you will need to earn more before you can request a payout. Your Coins will carry over to the next payout cycle.
Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed automatically twice a month on the 1st and 15th. Funds are transferred from your Reserved Balance to your connected Stripe account on those dates. You can see the next upcoming payout date on the Payouts page.
You can update or cancel your payout request at any time up until 11:30 PM on the payout date.
Adjusting Your Reserved Balance
You can change your Reserved Balance at any time before the payout deadline. Simply go back to the Payouts page, update the amount in the Enter the amount of Coins field, and click Reserve Balance again to save your changes.
Checking Your Stripe Connection
On the right side of the Payouts page you will see your Stripe Account status. If your Stripe account is connected it will show a Stripe connected badge. If it is not yet connected click the Connect button and follow the Stripe prompts to set up your account.
Tips for Managing Payouts
Check your Available Balance regularly and reserve Coins before the payout deadline of 11:30 PM on the 1st or 15th
You do not have to reserve your full Available Balance. You can keep some Coins available to spend on the platform if you wish
Make sure your Stripe account details are accurate and your bank account is active to avoid any transfer issues
If a payout does not arrive check with your bank as transfers can take a few business days to process after the payout date
