As a trainer on Perspire.tv your earnings come in the form of Coins which can be converted to USD and paid out to your connected Stripe account. Here is a complete guide to how earning, balances, and payouts work.
How You Earn Coins
Every time a user spends Coins on your content you earn 80% of those Coins. Perspire retains 20% as an admin fee to cover platform costs. You earn Coins from:
On-demand video rentals
Live training session bookings
Program purchases and rentals
Monthly channel subscriptions
Your earnings appear in your Pending Balance immediately after a transaction and move to your Available Balance after a 72-hour processing period.

Understanding Your Balances
Your Coin balances are visible in your Wallet page. Click Wallet in the top navigation bar to view your full balance breakdown.
Available Balance
Your main Coin balance shown at the top of your Wallet page and in the navigation bar. These are Coins that have cleared the 72-hour pending period and are ready to use or reserve for payout.
Pending Balance
Coins earned from your content that are in the 72-hour processing period before moving to your Available Balance. Visible as a pill below your main balance on your Wallet page.
Reserved Balance
Coins you have set aside from your Available Balance for your next automatic payout. Visible as a pill below your main balance showing both the Coin amount and USD equivalent.
Setting Up Payouts
Before you can receive payouts you need to connect a Stripe account to your Perspire channel. Here is how:
Click Wallet in the top navigation bar
In the Payouts section click the Manage button
On the Payouts page click the Connect button in the Stripe Account section
Follow the Stripe prompts to create or connect your Stripe account
Once your Stripe account is connected you are eligible to receive payouts.

How Payouts Work
Payouts on Perspire.tv are automatic and run on a set schedule. Here are the key details:
Schedule
Payouts are processed twice a month on the 1st and 15th. Funds are automatically transferred from your Reserved Balance to your connected Stripe account on those dates.
Changes
You can update or cancel your payout request at any time up until 11:30 PM on the payout date.
Limits
Minimum payout: 200 Coins ($20)
Maximum payout: up to your full Available Balance
How to Reserve Coins for Payout
To receive a payout you need to move Coins from your Available Balance to your Reserved Balance. Here is how:
Click Wallet in the top navigation bar
In the Payouts section click the Manage button
On the Payouts page enter the amount of Coins you want to reserve
Confirm your reservation
Your Reserved Balance will be paid out automatically on the next payout date (1st or 15th). You can adjust your Reserved Balance at any time before 11:30 PM on the payout date.
Minimum reservation: 200 Coins
Maximum reservation: your full Available Balance

Payout Timeline
Here is what the full earnings journey looks like from sale to payout:
User purchases your content
Coins appear in your Pending Balance immediately
After 72 hours Coins move to your Available Balance
You reserve Coins for payout by moving them to your Reserved Balance
On the next payout date (1st or 15th) your Reserved Coins are converted to USD at 10 Coins = $1 and transferred to your Stripe account
Funds typically arrive in your bank account within a few business days depending on your bank
Tips for Managing Your Earnings
Check your Pending Balance regularly to track incoming earnings
Reserve your Coins before the payout deadline of 11:30 PM on the 1st or 15th to ensure you do not miss a payout cycle
Make sure your Stripe account information is accurate and up to date to avoid any payout issues
If you have not yet reached the 200 Coin minimum your Coins will carry over to the next payout cycle once you reach the minimum
