Difference of Pending, Available, and Reserved Perspire Coins

Learn the difference between your Pending, Available, and Reserved Coin balances as a trainer on Perspire.tv and how each one works.

Written by Stephen Sullivan

As a trainer on Perspire.tv your earnings are organized into three different Coin balance types. Understanding the difference between them helps you manage your earnings and plan your payouts effectively.

Where to Find Your Balances

Your Coin balances are visible in two places:

  • The top navigation bar shows your total Available Balance at all times

  • Your Wallet page shows your full balance breakdown including Reserved and Pending amounts

To access your Wallet click Wallet in the top navigation bar. Your Your Balance section at the top of the page shows your total Available Balance in Coins and USD, with your Reserved and Pending balances displayed as separate pills below.

Pending Coins

Pending Coins are earnings you have made from your content that have not yet been processed into your Available Balance.

When a user spends Coins on your content those Coins are held in your Pending Balance for 72 hours. This processing period allows time for any necessary adjustments or user-related disputes before the earnings are confirmed.

After 72 hours your Pending Coins are automatically moved into your Available Balance.

The Pending balance is visible as a pill in your Wallet page balance section.

Available Coins

Your Available Balance is your main Coin balance shown prominently at the top of your Wallet page and in the top navigation bar. These are Coins that have cleared the 72-hour pending period and are fully available to you.

You can use your Available Coins in two ways:

  • Spend them on the platform to access other trainers' content, videos, or Programs

  • Move them to your Reserved Balance to be converted to USD and paid out to your Stripe account

Reserved Coins

Reserved Coins are Coins you have set aside from your Available Balance for your next payout. When you reserve Coins they are earmarked for conversion to USD and transfer to your connected Stripe account on the next payout date.

Automatic payouts are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. Any Coins in your Reserved Balance at the time of the payout will be converted to USD at the rate of 10 Coins = $1 and transferred to your Stripe account.

You can adjust your Reserved Balance at any time before the next payout date.

The Reserved balance is visible as a pill in your Wallet page balance section showing both the Coin amount and the USD equivalent.
