If you cannot remember your password while Signing In follow these standard steps to reset a Forgotten Password:
Click Sign In on the top right of the Homepage screen
Click Forgot Password link above the Sign In button
Enter your email address for your Perspire account
An email will be sent to the email address you entered is that address is associated with a Perspire account.
Open the email in your email provider inbox.
Follow the email's instructions to click the link and reset the password
