If you are signing up for an User profile on Perspire.tv follow these easy steps:

Step 1:

  1. On the Perspire.tv homepage click on the Sign Up button

  2. On the first Sign Up page make sure to have the User Account button selected. If you are wanting to sign up as a Trainer Account go here.

  3. Fill in your First Name and Last Name

  4. Create your unique Username

  5. Check the box next to I Agree with Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  6. Click Continue

Step 2:

  1. Enter your Email Address

  2. Create a Password

  3. Confirm your Password

  4. Click Continue

Step 3:

  1. Click the Your Gender drop down and select the option that applies to you

  2. Enter your Date of Birth

  3. Enter your Weight

  4. Enter your Height

  5. Click Continue or select Skip this Step to enter this information later. Any of this information can be added or edited in your Profile Settings.

Step 4:

  1. This page is the Customize Your Experience page. These options will help Perspire show you Trainers and their videos/live trainings that apply to your fitness preferences. These options can be changed in your Profile at any time.

  2. Select (or Unselect) any Categories that you are interested in.

  3. Click Continue or select Skip this Step to enter this information later. Any of this information can be added or edited in your Profile Settings.

Step 5:

  1. This page is the Your Preferences page. These options tell Perspire about your current fitness levels and goals. It also tells us your preferences on type of Trainers and content to show you. These options can be changed in your Profile at any time.

  2. Click the dropdown for What instructor's gender do you prefer? and select a gender for instructors that you would like to train with. If gender does not matter for your trainers select the No Preference option.

  3. Click the Fitness Level dropdown and select the option that best fits your current fitness level.

  4. Click the Workout Frequency dropdown and select the option that best represents how often you currently workout (or plan to workout).

  5. Under the Fitness Goals select any options that best match your fitness goals with Perspire. You can also add a custom goal by manually entering in a goal within the Custom Goal text box and pressing the Add Goal button.

  6. Under the Equipment Available section select the buttons of workout equipment you have available to you where you are going to be working out. These options will match you with videos and live trainings that use the workout equipment that match your selections.

  7. Click Finish or select Skip this Step to enter this information later. Any of this information can be added or edited in your Profile Settings.

User profiles can be upgraded to a Trainer's profile at any time in your Profile Settings. More info HERE
