Your profile picture and cover image are the visual face of your Perspire.tv channel. A professional profile photo and an eye catching cover image help make a strong first impression when users discover your channel. Here is how to upload or update both.
How to Upload or Change Your Profile Picture
Click your Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
Select Settings from the dropdown menu
On the Personal tab find your profile photo at the top left of the page
Click the Upload button below your current profile photo
Select the image file from your device
Click Save
How to Upload or Change Your Cover Image
Your cover image is the large banner image that appears at the top of your public channel page. It is one of the first things users see when they visit your channel.
Click your Profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
Select Settings from the dropdown menu
Click the Personal tab
Find the Cover Image section
Click the Upload button and select the image file from your device
Click Save

Profile Picture
Use a clear, high quality headshot or fitness photo where your face is visible
A well lit photo with a clean background works best
Square images work best for profile photos
Avoid logos or text only images as your profile photo since it appears small in many places on the platform
