Every live training session on Perspire.tv is automatically recorded and made available as a replay after the session ends. Here is everything you need to know about how the 72-hour replay window works for both trainers and users.
What Is the 72-Hour Replay Window?
When a user books a seat for a live training session their purchase includes access to the live session plus a 72-hour rental window for the recording after the session ends. This means users can rewatch the recording as many times as they want within 72 hours of it becoming available.
How It Works for Users
When you book a seat for a live training on Perspire.tv your purchase includes:
Access to the live session in real time
72-hour unlimited access to the recording after the session ends
You do not need to purchase the recording separately if you already booked a seat. Your seat booking includes both the live access and the replay window automatically.
If you missed the live session or did not book a seat in advance you can still access the recording by renting it separately at the Recording Price set by the trainer. Your 72-hour access window begins from the time you unlock the recording.
How It Works for Trainers
When you schedule a live training you set two separate prices:
Live Training Price — the Coin price users pay to book a seat and attend the live session
Recording Price — the Coin price users pay to rent the recording after the session ends
You can set these at the same price or at different amounts. Setting the Recording Price to 0 makes the replay free for all users.
After your live session ends the recording is automatically saved to your Video Library under the Recorded tab and becomes available for users to access. Users who booked a seat will have automatic 72-hour access to the replay. Users who did not attend can rent the recording at your set Recording Price.
Where Does the Recording Live?
After your live session ends the recording is automatically saved in two places:
Your Video Library under the Recorded tab in your Trainer Dashboard
Your public channel page where users can find and rent it
The recording remains on your channel as a permanent on-demand video that users can continue to rent after the initial session. You can edit the recording details or remove it from your channel at any time from your Video Library.
Can I Edit the Recording?
Yes. After your live session ends you can edit the recording details from your Video Library just like any other uploaded video. You can update the title, description, cover image, categories, and Recording Price at any time.

Tips for Maximizing Replay Value
Promote the recording link on social media after your live session so users who missed it can still access it
Consider setting a lower Recording Price than your Live Training Price to reward users who attended live while still earning from the replay
Make sure your title and description are detailed and keyword rich so the recording is discoverable on the platform after the session ends
