Written by Stephen Sullivan

Programs allow you to bundle your videos into a structured multi-day fitness plan that users can purchase and follow at their own pace. Here is a complete guide to creating, building, and publishing a Program on Perspire.tv.

How to Create a New Program

There are two ways to start a new Program:

Option 1: From the Programs tab

  1. Click Dashboard in the top navigation bar

  2. Click the Programs tab

  3. Click the Create Program button on the page

Option 2: From the Create+ button

  1. Click the Create+ button in the top right corner of your Dashboard

  2. Select Create a Program from the dropdown menu

A new draft Program will be created immediately and you will be taken to the Program page where you can start building it.

Step 1: Edit Your Program Info

Click the Edit Info button on your Program page to fill in the details for your Program.

Cover Image
Upload a cover image for your Program in the Add Cover Image section on the left. This is the thumbnail users will see when browsing Programs on the Explore page.

Recommended size: 16:9 ratio
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, WebP
Maximum file size: 10 MB

You can also choose from the Stock Images library if you do not have a cover image ready.

Title
Enter a clear and descriptive title for your Program. The default title is "New Program" so make sure to update this before publishing.

Description
Write a detailed description of your Program including what users can expect, what the goals are, and who it is designed for. This field is required and has a 1000 character limit.

Fitness Level
Select the overall difficulty level of your Program: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or All Levels.

Category and Subcategory
Select up to 26 categories that describe your Program. Note that categories and equipment will also be auto-filled based on the videos you add to the Program schedule. After selecting categories a Subcategory section will appear for more specific classification.

Equipment
Select all equipment users will need to complete the Program. If no equipment is required select No Equipment Needed.

Purchase Options

At the bottom of the Program Info page select how users will access your Program:

  • Rental — users pay a set Coin price for access for a specific number of days that you define (1 to 364 days). Enter the Price in Coins (1 to 10000 Coins) and the Rental Period in Days

  • Purchase — users pay a one-time Coin price for permanent lifetime access to the Program. Enter the Price in Coins

A real time breakdown shows the Amount of Coins, Platform Fee (Perspire's 20%), and Your Profit (your 80%) as you set your price.

Click Save when you are done with the Program Info.

Step 2: Build Your Program Schedule

Click the Edit Schedule button on your Program page to build the day by day structure of your Program.

The Program Schedule page has two sections:

Content Library (left side)
Your uploaded videos are listed here with a search field to find specific videos. These are the videos available to add to your Program schedule.

Weekly Schedule (right side)
Your Program is organized by weeks with 7 days per week. Each day defaults to a Rest day. You can add more weeks using the + button between weeks. Use the three dot menu on each week to edit or delete that week.

Adding Videos to Days
Drag and drop a video from your Content Library on the left onto the day slot you want it to appear on in the weekly schedule. Repeat for each day you want to assign a workout. Leave days as Rest day for planned rest or recovery days.

Click Save when you are done building your schedule.

Step 3: Activate Your Program

Once you have completed your Program Info and Schedule your Program is ready to publish. Click the Activate Program button on your Program page to make it live on your channel.

Your Program will now appear on your public channel page under the Programs section and on the Explore page for users to discover and purchase.

Saving as a Draft

Your Program is automatically saved as a draft from the moment you create it. You can come back and continue building it at any time without losing your progress. Draft Programs are visible to you in Dashboard > Programs > Drafts but are not visible to users until you click Activate Program.

This means you can upload videos over time and add them to your Program schedule gradually before publishing.

Managing Your Program

From the Program page you can also access additional options by clicking the three line menu button:

  • Edit Info — update your Program details, pricing, or access type

  • Edit Schedule — add, remove, or rearrange videos in your Program schedule

  • Duplicate as Draft — create a copy of your Program as a new draft

Tips for a Great Program

  • Upload all your videos before building the schedule so you can plan the full structure at once

  • Include rest days to give users time to recover between workouts

  • Write a detailed description that clearly explains the Program goals, who it is for, and what to expect

  • Use a strong eye catching cover image that represents the Program theme

  • Price your Program based on the total value of content included. A 30 day Program with 20 videos should be priced higher than a 7 day Program with 5 videos
